$100,000 Estate Multi Family Duplex in Daytona Beach, Florida

120 N Peninsula Dr, Daytona Beach, Fl xxxx8, I will try to get up a picture soon. Looking to sell this 2 story house/multifamily duplex "as is" for $100,000 as part of an estate.
